Beware! I was told from the beginning it was ok that I did not know my exact income being self employed. I explained my income was a very rough estimate on several occasions. I was told that if my income was not enough to rent the house then I could always use the guarantor route. I paid the application fee of £178. I was told my income was now not enough to rent the property. I explained I had managed to find a guarantor. I was then told the Landlord was not willing to rent the house to me. They were not willing to accept a guarantor application either. I have called and emailed in regards to the return of my application fee and been fobbed off. I was told the director would be in touch about this and still no correspondence from them whatsoever.
