Worst letting agent i have dealt with as a tenant , lack of communication and staff that will tell you different version of events. If your thinking of renting through this company avoid at all costs

I would give half a star if I could these people are rude I would suggest no-one ever use them! No you can't search my name as it didn't ever get that far your agents were to rude I walked out!!!! Why would I call you I'm now have a mortgaged house!

Beware! I was told from the beginning it was ok that I did not know my exact income being self employed. I explained my income was a very rough estimate on several occasions. I was told that if my income was not enough to rent the house then I could always use the guarantor route. I paid the application fee of £178. I was told my income was now not enough to rent the property. I explained I had managed to find a guarantor. I was then told the Landlord was not willing to rent the house to me. They were not willing to accept a guarantor application either. I have called and emailed in regards to the return of my application fee and been fobbed off. I was told the director would be in touch about this and still no correspondence from them whatsoever. I have kept all emails and correspondence and will now be proceeding to the small claims court.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worts agency ever dont Care about tenatns

Worst agency to deal with as a tenant,family with 2 year child been left with no heating for the past 4 weeks and still not sorted

Would not recommend to anyone... needed help to find a property never contacted me also needed help with a tenancy agreement and they didn't bother
