Courteous and helpful team, but at times let themselves down by a lack of urgency in following-up on issues and providing clear, timely communication, e.g. results of inspections. Good at the sales & marketing, but some opportunity for improvement on the operational side. Generally efficient in collection and payment of funds. A need to focus on protecting the landlords' assets.

Poor to react to repair requests

Really Really worst experience ever happened to me in this country from a letting agency. I was letting a property from them and was forced to break the tenancy after 6 months due to medical emergency for my family member. Informed them about the situation and let them know that if i have any hidden charges to break the tenancy, i will stay until my contract ends and the letting agent said there won't be any hidden charges and once i moved out from the house they just paid me £23 deposit back where the actual deposit was £1038. Really they are robbing people and don't know how they are gonna survive this money. Each and every minute of hardwork made us earn this money and they sit in the office and give false informations and easily rob people

Worst letting agent i have dealt with as a tenant , lack of communication and staff that will tell you different version of events. If your thinking of renting through this company avoid at all costs

I would give half a star if I could these people are rude I would suggest no-one ever use them! No you can't search my name as it didn't ever get that far your agents were to rude I walked out!!!! Why would I call you I'm now have a mortgaged house!
