Courteous and helpful team, but at times let themselves down by a lack of urgency in following-up on issues and providing clear, timely communication, e.g. results of inspections. Good at the sales & marketing, but some opportunity for improvement on the operational side. Generally efficient in collection and payment of funds. A need to focus on protecting the landlords' assets.

Poor to react to repair requests

Viewed a property a couple of weeks ago. We completed an application form on the spot with details of job descriptions, salary, move in dates etc. before leaving the property we agreed for a call back at 11am the following day however, since then we’ve had radio silence and no one from Belvoir has bothered to contact us. Very disappointing service and would not recommend using them as an estate agent.

Absolutely ignorant staff with no respect for other people's property when showing their listings. Several times now I have have people blocking access to my property. Have asked on more than one occassion to not block my access but the guy is just down right ignorant, for want of a better word which i can't use here. Wouldn't touch this shambles of a company with a barge pole.
