We had our property on sale with multiple agents in Leighton Buzzard and as expected a busy couple of weeks with each agent at first and nothing much apart from you have to reduce the price. Then along came Rich. An agent who kept us in the loop constantly, always made the effort to reach out to his network and with a very different approach to marketing the property. Most importantly he sold our property without any issues and was always at the other end of the phone when needed. It was refreshing to find an estate agent who truly supported us throughout the entire sale process. We found a previous experience of marketing our house with another agent frustrating and disappointing, but Rich listened to our requirements and followed through on everything he had promised. His friendly and personal approach made us feel at ease with the entire process. We had a very challenging chain with issues from several angles threatening to collapse the chain at times but Rich and Katy, our transaction coordinator both went above and beyond to communicate with other parties within the chain to ensure that resolutions to the problems were found as quickly as possible. I have never known an estate agent to take such a proactive role in progressing a sale/purchase! A special mention to Katy who was incredible at chasing solicitors and keeping us updated with the progress within the chain. We highly recommend Lion Estates and if we ever were to sell a house again there is no-one else we would choose!

I never realized that estate agents like Richard Poole at Lion actually existed. Moving house can be stressful. If you can imagine what you would want in an agent then Richard is exactly it. Always calls back, always does what he says and often out of hours too. If you want an estate agent then I could not recommend Richard enough.
