It was refreshing to find an estate agent who truly supported us throughout the entire sale process. We found a previous experience of marketing our house with another agent frustrating and disappointing, but Rich listened to our requirements and followed through on everything he had promised. His friendly and personal approach made us feel at ease with the entire process. We had a very challenging chain with issues from several angles threatening to collapse the chain at times but Rich and Katy, our transaction coordinator both went above and beyond to communicate with other parties within the chain to ensure that resolutions to the problems were found as quickly as possible. I have never known an estate agent to take such a proactive role in progressing a sale/purchase! A special mention to Katy who was incredible at chasing solicitors and keeping us updated with the progress within the chain. We highly recommend Lion Estates and if we ever were to sell a house again there is no-one else we would choose!
