James Taylor was amazing, from the minute we approached him regarding selling our house to the day the keys were handed over to the buyer. Having his direct number made the process so much easier as we didn't have to call the office and wait for a call back like other estate agents. James sold our house in under a week for well above the asking price and we couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond for us, took all the stress out of selling a house and we can't recommend him enough. If you're looking to buy or sell, I would look no further than number one. James' rates were very reasonable in comparison to other agents and I'm confident you won't get the service you would with him. When I'm looking to sell/buy in the future I will be using number one and James again, that is for sure.

Can’t recommend Harrison enough! He sold our property within two weeks of listing it, in a slow market. The after sales service from Julie was excellent as well, she made a big difference to the completion timeline.

Jess has been brilliant with our purchase right through the process, with regular updates and great communication.
