What a guy! Gareth sold our house in 5 days for full asking price after having been on the market with another agent for 5 months. Nothing is too much trouble for him, anytime of day. He always answers the phone (which for an estate agent is rare) and if not will always get back to you. Highly recommend Yvonne was absolutely fantastic too with the after sales - she chased solicitors and kept on top of everything to make sure we moved on our chosen date

Steven was fantastic! We booked an initial evaluation, and he got us in super quickly. With two little ones, preparing the house and leaving for multiple viewings would have been a real challenge. Steven coordinated all the viewings for a single day, so we only had to get the house ready once and be out for block viewings — something we really appreciated and didn’t have the last time we sold. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He’s approachable, friendly, and extremely good at what he does. Highly recommend!
