Not having had success with another agency we asked Gemma at Number One Real Estate to come and see us. Our mother's house was empty and we had had very few viewings. The marketing that they carried out for us did the trick and the house sold relatively quickly. We dealt with a number of people at the agency and all were very helpful. The WhatsApp group made life a lot easier, especially as there was a delay with our buyer's buyer which caused a lot of frustration. Thank you number one for selling our family home.
