He knew the market area and secured several asking price offers on our property within the first couple of days on the market!! He was Instantly on top of any queries or issues throughout the process and kept the solicitors on their toes, getting the whole process completed ahead of time… He even found the time to advise me on my new purchase in a different county totally unrelated to the sale of this property… I honestly can not recommend Daniel and Oakmont highly enough!
