when looking to rent a property after moving out of home, I came across Merriebank Lettings Facebook page and found an ideal 1 bedroom flat In Ventnor and viewed it a few days later! Can't recommend Dean enough (and luckily for me a friend recommended him to me) I had to move back to Australia so needed to rent out my house. He took care of everything (photos, inventory, advertising, various gas/electric certificates etc) and made sure I had good tenants.
