One of the best and most fair letting agents on the island. I’ve been searching for a property for a while now and just as we were giving up hope, we found one with Merriebank. The referencing is new and all online which is super easy. They were non-discriminating when it comes to young children and benefits. Exceptional service and outstanding and kind staff. We were long term renters, just finished a very difficult tenancy and bought our first house, and Merriebank have surpassed all our expectations from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond to help us at every turn, treating us like human beings rather than just tenants, never making us feel like a hindrance for calling or emailing, even when the emails were mounting up (with good reason) and generally being very good people. After around 10 years of renting they are by far the best agents we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

My first contact with Merriebank Lettings was in October 2024 when I phoned to arrange a viewing for a property. I was promptly given an appointment. The young lady was very helpful and friendly. Following the viewing on the Friday, I completed an application form which I submitted the same day. Within four days Merriebank had received references and offered me the flat. Having rented several times before, I have never experienced such excellent service. They really are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend using Merriebank Lettings. Recently I have rented a property through merriebank lettings and I csn honestly say they are very warm and welcoming aswell as understanding. Their communication is amazing. They are very fast at responding to emails and if you need anything they are allways there to help. I reccomend them 100%
