1st Class Service
All through the transaction from the initial valuation to the conclusion of the sale I have nothing but praise for the proffesionism of the staff of Clarke Phillips. Would definitely recommend them on that basis to other buyer and sellers.

Best estate agent!
I can honestly say that Clarke Philips are the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with. They work extremely hard and always get the best results! They are very honest which I respect rather then most agents which tell you what you want to hear. They complete all viewings no matter what! Which is vital when selling but yet again most estates you seem to pay a fee then do their work for them by doing the viewings this wouldn't happen with Clarke Philips. So if you want a loyal, hardworking , trustworthy company then go for Clarke Philip!!!:0)

The only choice
In our experience Clarke Philips are the only estate agent to use. Having used the larger composit agents in the past, the whole approach to selling and buying properties adopted by Clarke Philips was refreshing. Going the extra mile, not over promising and under delivering. Excellent local knowledge and they are always willing to spend 5 minutes with you when you need it. If you want to sell a house - use Clarke Phillips. We really cannot extend our recommendation in words - seeing is believing.

Speedy agents
Sheena dealt with my purchase. She was very professional and made me feel at ease during the viewing. Everything went quickly, although the seller pressurised me into speeding the process up, when it was the mortgage lender slowing everything down. The house that i purchased also went so quickly, that it never had a for sale sign put up. It was only on rightmove for a few days. One thing was that the recommended conveying company switched the assigned conveyor mid-purchase for no given reason, and the one who took over, didn't know what documents had been sent to me, so I didn't get all of the information until the agreed day of exchange of contract. This also meant that I was unable to negotiate on things that I would've wanted, namely the electricity certificate without delaying the exchange of contracts, and by this time, the seller was already unhappy with me delaying the process earlier, so I had to bite the bullet and continue. But Sheena and the conveyor did contact me to make sure that I was happy, So I can't fault the agent.
