As first time buyers, the house buying process was a bit of a mind field but mark helped a great deal. He was always very responsive to any of our questions and made the whole process very swift and painless.

Having had my house on the market for some time and trying two different agents I became very dispondent . Lack of viewings , lack of contact and lack of enthusiasm for selling my home. I was then introduced to Mark from Ewemove .Straight away I got a good feeling . I felt confident that Mark would be able to sell my house . His approach was different to other agents. He explained he would do the viewings himself. He did a great video of my home really selling it that was used on social media . I think in the first few weeks I got more viewings than I had had in total from both the other agents ! The thing that Mark excelled at and that puts him head and shoulders above all others was communication . House selling is such a stressful time and after talking to anyone going through this process, no sale runs smoothly and mine was no exception! Mark made this rocky road so much smoother . He was always on the other end of the phone. Never once could I ever get hold of him , weekends , evenings Mark was contactable and would reply to any messages left within the hour . His advice and support was second to none. The estate agents of my onward purchase commented on how refreshing Mark was to deal with , keeping everyone in the loop. And chasing solicitors daily when needed to! The day of the move Mark came to say goodbye a bunch of flowers , a goody pack and a lovely card wishing me well in my new home. This personal touch that Mark delivers is so unique and a quality that I’m confident in recommending him to anyone needing to sell their house .
