Me and my girlfriend decided to move in together. Within 9 days of calling and looking at the property we had all the paperwork filled out, emails sent, deposits down, the lot. Gav was amazing through the whole process, answered any questions we had ASAP, kept us both in the loop regarding our status with credit checks etc. On the day of our moving he had all the paperwork ready and didn't have us in the office longer than necessary. Jonathan showed us round the property twice and was friendly, welcoming and informative throughout both viewings. Sarah came to do inventory and hand over our keys on the day of moving and she was very friendly and lovely. From what i can see, all staff at Mansons are very helpful and love their job, the atmosphere in the office was relaxed yet professional with very polite staff.
