Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. Kirstey from Manson's was super helpful in preparing us for all steps of our tenancy. She helped us negotiate with the landlord, answered questions about our property, and helped us get moved in within 5 days! The staff here are all down to earth yet professional. My experience with Mansons was refreshing! Past experiences with other estate agents have shown me how shoddy some people in the business can be.
