I am renting a property managed by Mansons for around three months now. When I first moved into my apartment in Jesmond, I was a little anxious due to various issues/conditions I had with the apartment and my previous experiences with some other agents. Understandably, after moving house I was a little stressed and could have done without worrying about various spots of maintenance with my new home etc. After my check-in I was not exactly expecting a quick turnaround, as I had already paid my final balance and signed my contracts. What surrpised me most, was after assessing my queries and issues I had, Mansons put into action what they could do straight after gaining confirmation from the landlord. The landlord did not agree to every query I had, which of course is understandable, but the ones agreed to were dealt with by Mansons in a professional and efficient manner. Contractors were distributed to the property and I was given more than enough notice for the resulting works to be done. I would normally be reluctant allowing a stranger into my new home after previous experiences, however Mansons and the contractors they use made me feel secure and I have no reservations about them gaining access with keys in my absence from now. Overall the manner and conduct in the service I received from lettings right through to property management, although I did not receive everything I wished, was a vast improvement.
