Selling my house turned out to be one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had — not because of Northwood, but in spite of everything else. Buyers dropped out, solicitors caused endless delays, and at times it felt like the sale would never happen. The one constant source of support, professionalism, and reassurance throughout the entire ordeal was Northwood. From the very beginning, the team at Northwood were proactive, communicative, and incredibly professional. Every setback I faced, they were there, fighting my corner, keeping me informed, and offering steady, honest advice when I needed it most. What stood out most was how genuinely they cared. It never felt like I was just another client — they truly understood how difficult the process was for me and made it their mission to see it through. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without Leanne and Olivia. If you're looking for estate agents who will have your back every step of the way, I cannot recommend Northwood enough.

I was very impressed with Leanne, ( West road branch) she was the ultimate professional from start to finish, I had a great experience in selling my property. She also assisted with my purchase of the bungalow I wanted, liaising on my behalf with a much more difficult estate agent and sellers solicitors. My house was under offer within 3 days of going on the market, I was very happy with the whole service from Leanne and Olivia. Recommend fully, friendly, professional, fair priced estate agents.
