I have dealt with a number of different estate agents in the Newcastle area over the past year whilst looking for my first home, and I must say that Mansons are right there at the top for their top class customer service. Deborah and Kelly were always extremely helpful, reassuring and nothing was ever too much trouble to them. Jonathan who showed me around the property was also great and patiently let me knock on walls and check the bounce in the floorboards!
