Mansons Property Consultants

The team at Mansons are incredibly friendly, and made renting our flat a breeze. They facilitated two house tours, as we wanted to double check everyting was perfect and were very patient, allowing us ample time to review the contract before signing. The responsiveness of Mansons ensures that any maintanance issues are sorted quickly and efficiently, at a time that suits you, and you will get plenty of time to prepare for any inspections. We've been using Mansons for the last 2 years (now graduating), and they have made renting stress-free. They put you first, allowing you to feel in control, with no unexpected check-ins, maintanance or viewings. If you're uni students like us, you will no doubt hear the horror stories of landlords and letting agencies, I can assure you that none of these are about Mansons.

life saver

Kirtsey was very understanding when I got locked out of my house on Easter weekend. She went above and beyond driving in on the bank holiday weekend to let me in at no cost to myself. Excellent quality of service and I cant sing her praises high enough! Thankyou!

I’ve lived in nearly 20 rented properties and honestly Mansons have been the best yet. Great service, very responsive in case of any maintenance needed as well as friendly and professional to speak to. Highly recommend

Very friendly, helpful, and professional agents. Special thanks to Claire for taking care of us. Highly recommend this agency. As an international student, I've rented with many agents around NorthEast. The best of them all is Manson's. Well done 👏 …

This is my first time renting and I have to say all the staff at Mansons have been really helpful. And my move went really smoothly and to plan. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for the review Patti.

I have been a client of Mansons for just over 2 years and I have found them to be a very supportive and quick to act. I currently rent a property and as a tenant I feel I’m in safe hands consistently. If you are looking for reliable estate agent then look no further. Thank you, Steve.
