Consistent service and help way over and above expectations.
Whilst I was recovering from cancer, and chemotherapy, my wife and I decided to move. Having sold our house and a moving date agreed with the buyer the bungalow we were moving into fell through. We put an offer in at Newton Fallowell through their agent, Oliver Reilly, for a different bungalow fairly quickly as we were about to be homeless! From the moment we put an offer forward through to the day we moved Oliver kept us in the loop at every turn. It was not an easy process as the vendor was waiting for probate and their solicitor was very unhelpful. Oliver was very sensitive to our situation and ensured that whenever a further problem popped up he immediately did everything within his power to help sort it. We cannot stress enough how the work Oliver put in to make it as smooth a transaction as possible was exemplary.

Great service from start to finish
Thank you to Oliver for his professional and effecient service. He secured an offer for the full asking price within 48 hours of going on Right Move. We received regular updates on how the sale was progressing and he worked hard to ensure that we reached completion as quickly as possible. We do not live locally so had to rely on instinct to choose between 3 agents. We definitely made the right decision.

Buying my first home
The staff at Newton Fallowell (especially Ryan and Richard), have been outstanding in helping me to find and buy my dream home. This is the first time that I have bought a house, and the staff at Newton Fallowell have helped and guided me each step of the way. Without their consideration and support I would not be living in my dream home. I would strongly recommend anyone to use this service, I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. Friendly, efficient and informative service

Sale of cottage property in Collingham, Newark, Notts.
We put our property up for sale with a local Estate Agent in March 2016. To start with we received a number of viewings, but no offers. During the months of April and May we did not receive any viewings which did surprise us. .The asking price was dropped- but still no further viewings. We changed Estate Agents to Newton Fallowell (Newark) during July 2016 and viewing started to happen again. One of the main advantages with this company is that they allocate you and any prospective purchaser one person who deals with all aspects of the sale and hence a constant stream of information is established. The person we were allocated was excellent and worked very hard on our behalf. Our property was finally sold subject to contract during September 2016, with Completion during November 2016..

all of the staff at Newton Fallowell made both selling and purchasing so much easier than i imagined it could be, Throughout the process. we felt that our needs were at the forefront of their minds, as opposed to just wanting to make any sale. would recommend them to anybody

Efficient, friendly and nothing too much trouble!
A special mention to Oliver Reilly - Senior Property Consultant; who was there for me at a very difficult time, with losing my dear husband and yet talked me through every step of the buying and selling process - nothing was too much trouble. I want to thank all staff at Newton and Fallowell for being such a friendly team. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent Professional Service
I was very impressed with the service I received when selling my house and buying another. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Calls were always returned and I was always kept up to date with what was happening I would certainly recommend them

an essential link that made it happen
To buyers looking at properties this agent did not necessarily score the best in our view, it was hard to speak to anyone useful on the phone - especially in the morning ! (that 'sales conference' may actually hold up sales ...). .. however... having committed to buy a property that they were selling we found that the service they gave to the 'case' actually stopped it falling apart completely. They liaised with the sellers, with us, with both solicitors - repeatedly. They picked up on issues that needed resolving but that really slowed things down at Solicitor level. 'Oliver' dealt with us courteously and with a smile, grasped issues quickly and sought to smooth the way. This reinforces the value of a 'proper' Estate Agent on the ground when you are selling a property.
