Just tell you what you want to hear then charge when they don't sell your house
The promised me they would do there best to sell my property in Newark .... I decided that I wanted to do my house up a little more and take it off the market . Now they have charged me for taking it off the market and it's now in the hands of a debt agency . And it's for a 1000 pounds !!! Do not use them at all they just tell lies !!
