To buyers looking at properties this agent did not necessarily score the best in our view, it was hard to speak to anyone useful on the phone - especially in the morning ! (that 'sales conference' may actually hold up sales ...). .. however... having committed to buy a property that they were selling we found that the service they gave to the 'case' actually stopped it falling apart completely. They liaised with the sellers, with us, with both solicitors - repeatedly. They picked up on issues that needed resolving but that really slowed things down at Solicitor level. 'Oliver' dealt with us courteously and with a smile, grasped issues quickly and sought to smooth the way. This reinforces the value of a 'proper' Estate Agent on the ground when you are selling a property.
