Exceptional experience

Excellent Communication and Friendly Staff
We purchased our recent property through Newton Fallowell Newark. The communication was excellent throughout the process through to the solicitor and even getting the keys on the completion day. We have already recommended Newton to number of people and would certainly use them again in the future. We also viewed a number of other properties through Newton and again had good service. Thanks to the whole team.

The only Agents to use !!
We have used the newark office on 4 occasions to sell our properties and would reccommend them every time. The fact that they consistently sell over and above the rest in the area is testament to the fact that they know what they are doing. The team of Oliver, Sarah, Steve and James have a wealth of knowledge of both the property business and their market area. Would not hesitate to recommend this team .

Excellent service from day one
Well what can I say, from day one it has been a pleasure to deal with someone who is extremely approachable, considerate, understanding and professional at all times. So, Oliver I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your assistance and support in managing and negotiating the recent sale of my property. Someone once told me ‘people buy people’ and this is very true. As a result of my first meeting with Oliver I was immediately impressed, his upfront, honest approach combined with genuine interest shown in helping me informed my decision to appoint Newton Fallowell. Friendly and helpful!
1st time buyer.. spur of the moment purchase and they were really helpful in getting us set up and had an offer accepted in 2 days! Accommodating throughout when we wanted to pop into the property during the sale and helped push everything along and helped to keep us updated when I called. Also helped when our final day was pushed back a week when we had less than 24hr notice.. they were a great help! Friendly staff!!

Excellent Estate Agents
This Company has not only lived up to my expectations but has succeeded in every way. Every member of staff has been professional, informative yet friendly and helpful. They made the sale of my father in law’s property a much easier task for me. I would most definitely recommend the Company and if need be would certainly use them again.

What it says on the can
We can do nothing but praise the staff following our recent dealings with them in buying a property. They were always pleasant and courteous and did exactly what they said they were going to do.
