We thought the house sale would be tricky as we don't live in the area and it involved probate. Newton Fallowell were professional and knowledgeable at the initial house viewing and everything about the process got explained. They gave a good valuation and were quick to find a buyer, kept us informed of the progress and contacted us well in advance of us needing to do anything. The team were very friendly and always willing to help. If we wanted to sell another house, we would use them again.
