I recently sold a house in Newark that I had owned for about 20 years. I contacted a number of local estate agents to ask if they were interested in undertaking the sale. Purchased a house through Newton Fallowell, the team were great and supportive with clear communication. The only downside was the solicitors they recommended to the vendors selling the home were extremely slow and needed promoting constantly, but Rick was able to chase outstanding actions. Beside that I would highly commend using them!
