I have nothing but praise for Newton Fallowell.Neil Sime was efficient and direct at valuation.He made it clear that the property would be sold within a short period of time at the asking price and it was.Oliver in the office was very efficient during the whole process and he kept in regular contact with myself and often helped to push along the legal side.I could have asked no more of him.Just one slight negative.Sometimes calls were not returned so that could do with attention.I have suffered some ill health this year so having such great experience has been priceless.Worth the fee!

All of the team at Newton Fallowell were just fantastic throughout the process. They all took the time to help, advise and keep us in the loop all of the time. Cannot recommend these guys enough if you want to move house.

My family and I were relocating from the Northwest to the Midlands in an area we were unsure of. I spoke with Oliver and we had a lengthy conversation about what we were looking for in a property, and also the different areas within Nottinghamshire. He sent lots of properties to look at. The house my husband and I liked was with Newton Fallowell and Oliver dealt with us from the beginning to the end. Oliver and I spoke on a day to day basis. If he was busy he would always ring me back. He's polite, courteous, & professional. When I got stressed with the sale he helped calm me down and reassured me. All the staff in the office were polite on the phone. It was lovely finally meeting Oliver.
