My family and I were relocating from the Northwest to the Midlands in an area we were unsure of. I spoke with Oliver and we had a lengthy conversation about what we were looking for in a property, and also the different areas within Nottinghamshire. He sent lots of properties to look at. The house my husband and I liked was with Newton Fallowell and Oliver dealt with us from the beginning to the end. Oliver and I spoke on a day to day basis. If he was busy he would always ring me back. He's polite, courteous, & professional. When I got stressed with the sale he helped calm me down and reassured me. All the staff in the office were polite on the phone. It was lovely finally meeting Oliver.
