Many thanks to Oliver and the team for enabling us to buy a house which ticks all the boxes for us and enabled us to sign with only a few days delay. We had a very short window for finding and buying and moving into a house in Newark and despite the various obstacles you steered us through and we are looking forward to moving in shortly.
