Very professional and after this experience I would recommend Newton Fallowell, Newark as the best Agent by far in the area. My wife and I have used Newton Fallowell for our last two moves. On the first occasion Neil took time to fully understand the property and marketed it in a way that gave us complete faith in his ability to sell quickly and to the right buyer. Once we were under offer the staff just got on with doing everything needed to get the sale “over the line”. And after a bad experience trying to sell the same property with Purple Bricks (who were rubbish by the way) we would say without hesitation that paying a little bit more than an online agent and dealing with a quality and local estate agent also made the whole experience far less stressful. We've just settled into our lovely new home made possible by the wonderful folks at Newton Fallowell Newark. Whatever Gavin is getting paid, it isn't enough. He went above and beyond for us during our moving process and even took the time to properly explain things that should've been made clear by other agents in a different town. Communication was stellar and it was lovely to have such a good relationship with our agents. It really made things so much less stressful and we got into our new home in really good time.
