Our main contact was Gavin.. he has done an excellent job of selling our bungalow and liaising with the estate agent who was selling the property that we were buying, to make sure that both were exchanged and completed in a timely manner. It's the second time we have used newton and fallowell and would recommend them to others for selling your home. We had a quick sale in 2 weeks and got full asking price. It was not as smooth as our first sale and purchase as the couple we were buying from pulled out at a very late stage. Sarah and Rick teamed together to try and find us another property so we did not loose our sale.
