The Curchods New Haw team were fantastic! On each viewing Graham, Hayley and Townley allowed time and space at the property. They were always very pleasant to deal with, whether in person, on the phone or via email. An honest conversation with Townley was really helpful, following which negotiations to purchase began. The purchase went through quickly. On completion day, heavy traffic delayed key pick up, so lovely Hayley delivered the keys to the property and even took the meter readings! Really helpful and much appreciated! The team at this particular branch are very good their job. They are professional and experienced at what they do. I recently used Curchods in New have to sell my house, I found their service very good indeed. They offered great advice and after my sale fell through, they were still keen and professional to get it sold quick by booking in lots of views, we were trying to buy somewhere and they said they would wait, but there was a worry that they would not. Grahams team were fantastic, we sold the house the 2nd time within a week. Because they were proactive, we managed to buy our next house. I can't thank them enough. I would 100% recommend them. They are also a personable team and were honest about what I should put my house on. Initially we had been on for a while with another agent and no firm offers, so we took their advice and reduced slightly, as this would mean we would get some offers, which gladly we did.
