We came across Starkings & Watson estate agent and how lucky have we been. From the first phone call to arrange the visit to personally meeting Millie. Millie has an excellent customer service and there is no such thing as a silly question, being first time buyers we could tell that by her background she knew what she was talking about and answered all our questions. Not only mentioning Millie, but everyone we spoke on the phone were also very professional and my main point is approachable, being working within customer service I do see and notice when there is good manners and professionalism. Keep up the amazing work. All companies should be like this company, where everyone has a very good customer service and they go above and beyond for their customers. I'm editing my existing review after our successful sale with them. I can confirm the great service they provide. Not only they were able to find a buyer and secure an offer in a very short time but they also provided a top notch communication and service during the period leading to contact exchange. This was absolutely important given how stressful this period can be and they were really effective in chasing solicitors to give an up to date picture of the chain progression. I want to thank in particular Sarah Short for her efforts during the period leading to the exchange of contracts. But also Sam and his sales team were amazing. Absolutely recommended
