We sold our home with Starkings and Watson last year and everything was excellent. They managed our expectations well, helped us understand the process from start to finish, and most importantly sold our house very quickly (we accepted an offer within two weeks). Big thanks specifically to Samuel for managing the process so well and the team in the Costessey branch for doing such a good job. Also to Susan (I think from the main branch) for communicating with us very effectively and keeping all parties informed. We will be using Starkings and Watson again in the future.

S&W helped with the sale of my grandparents bungalow. The team were great, they got the property on the market quickly and provided me with regularly updates. When the sale stalled S&W pushed it through when the solicitors were doing the bare minimum. A particular shout out to Sarah who was fantastic throughout!
