Millie has an excellent customer service and there is no such thing as a silly question, being first time buyers we could tell that by her background she knew what she was talking about and answered all our questions. Not only mentioning Millie, but everyone we spoke on the phone were also very professional and my main point is approachable, being working within customer service I do see and notice when there is good manners and professionalism.
