I personally dealt with Shannon at Starkings and Watson and she was absolutely delightful! Really helpful and although we did not personally buy with them in the end, I cannot fault her professionalism and respect during the whole searching for a house process! I have and will recommend her and the whole team to anyone who is searching for a home.

Myself and my fiancé were the sellers of a property through Starkings & Watson. Samuel Patrick managed the sale. From the start of the process, through to completion - Samuel was absolutely excellent and very knowledgable on all areas of the sale. Samuel was very communicative throughout the whole process, which we appreciated throughout the sale. We received regular updates so we knew what was happening at all stages of the sale and chain. Samuel was only a phone call or email away, even if we left a voice message or message with a colleague, Samuel would always follow up promptly. We sold our property through Starkings and Watson, with first contact via Sam at the Costessey branch who helped us understand our options when we were looking to sell and helped us through each step right up to the point that we had an offer on the property, and was a pleasure to deal with along the way. We were then passed across to the Sales Progression team and were looked after by Melissa who was brilliant, she kept us informed even when we were struggling to get info out of our solicitor, was always really cheerful and polite and made us feel like a valued customer and made sure we were kept up to date right through to the point that the contracts were exchanged and had confirmed on a completion date. I was first attracted to Starkings and Watson by initially looking for properties online and seeing how good the properties they listed looked on the photos. From there I went to the website to find that everything that would be happening through the buying process I would have access to my own property file so I could check the progress of my property anytime I wanted and the fact they were local meant that I knew they knew the areas I wanted to move to well and would know exactly what I was looking for for my next home. From then meeting/speaking to the team to arrange my valuation and photos, I found it a very easy process and I was kept in constant contact throughout so I knew what was going on. I sold my property within a week of it going online and the staff arranged all the viewings to it was completely stress free. I am now I'm the process of finding my new home and the staff have been very helpful with constant contact with the progression of the sale and are providing me with new properties that are becoming available to make my search much easier. I have no doubt this service will continue throughout the remainder of my sale and would happily recommend them to friends and family if they were to sell their property in the future.

Starkings & Watson gave great service for when we recently purchased our home. Melissa kept us upto date throughout the whole process and even when there were problems in the chain (not of S&W's doing) they ensured that all parties were contacted and chased to get the sale finally completed.
