Wow! We had found a house we loved and not even had our house on the market. Monday we had an offer accepted on our dream home (also sold by Starkings and Watson) by Wednesday the photographer was in ( it would have been Tuesday but I was at work), by Thursday it was on the market, by Friday morning we had a viewing booked and it was sold at 2pm that Friday afternoon. Natalie was a great go between for us driving hard for the completion date. She and the whole team from beginning to end were all very helpful, polite and supportive. Having not ever sold and purchased a house before, no question was a silly question. I would recommend Starkings and Watson - especially my photographer ... Mr Starkings himself.
