I was first attracted to Starkings and Watson by initially looking for properties online and seeing how good the properties they listed looked on the photos. From there I went to the website to find that everything that would be happening through the buying process I would have access to my own property file so I could check the progress of my property anytime I wanted and the fact they were local meant that I knew they knew the areas I wanted to move to well and would know exactly what I was looking for for my next home. From then meeting/speaking to the team to arrange my valuation and photos, I found it a very easy process and I was kept in constant contact throughout so I knew what was going on. I sold my property within a week of it going online and the staff arranged all the viewings to it was completely stress free. I am now I'm the process of finding my new home and the staff have been very helpful with constant contact with the progression of the sale and are providing me with new properties that are becoming available to make my search much easier. I have no doubt this service will continue throughout the remainder of my sale and would happily recommend them to friends and family if they were to sell their property in the future.
