Trigg and co are not an estate agency i would go with. I enquired about lettings and they said they had nothing for me that matched my needs as i have a cat,yet they do advertise properties which accept pets. This could be down to Not having a good credit history which i made them aware of. Each time i have enquired about something they have been reluctant to give out info. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely appalled by Trigg and co. Had arranged a viewing to turn up to find no one there, then call them to be told someone was inside the property (even though the lights were out and had knocked repeatedly) then to get a phone call telling us they were sending someone back there, which we waited outside with our newborn baby for 20 minutes in the cold and rain. Then finally received a phone call saying no one was coming and “would you like to rebook your viewing.” Outrageous!!

Poor communication. Considering formal complaint. Dear Mr Trigg, I find your reply somewhat surprising considering the circumstances. Our house sale was involved in a property chain with your agency. The communication from your agency was passed to my wife and I via our chosen estate agency. Considering your tone I feel it best this matter be handled professionally by Google as you suggest, for your information they are yet to contact me. Regards, Mr & Mrs Williams

Trigg have deprived us of 6 months commission deducted from our let property in Cowes even though they no longer manage it. They took it from the last months' rent when they knew it was not going to be ongoingly managed by them. There was no contractual basis for this on anything that was signed by the landlord before this tenancy commenced as far as we can prove This does feels like theft. As a private landlord, I shall take Trigg to the Ombudsman and otherwise through the Court process if there is no redress offered Use a different company and avoid this unfair dealing BAD AND they forgot the Gas Safety Certificate last year...we had to send in an emergency crew ourselves to keep our tenants safe.
