The Team lead by the redoubtable Emma Daniels are a pleasure to do business and connect up with at Dawsons Morriston Branch. I often tell the wife, “let’s pop up to Dawsons to which she will say ‘anything in particular?’ to which I say ‘no’ it will just be good to see them, chat and have a quick laugh” 😂😂😂 They are all Brilliant!!!

Huge thank you to Emma, Sarah and team for guiding me through the whole letting experience of my property. From start to finish they answered all my queries and endless questions. Although the property took some time to gain its new tenants, Emma and team were very professional. This was a breath of fresh air after dealing with a previous letting agency who couldn't have been more opposite in their attitude and professionalism. Many thanks.

I would like to thank Dawsons especially my agent Ms. Sarah Lewis. All my follow up were answered politely and they are very responsive to all my queries. The house itself is beautiful and well maintained though there are some imperfections noted as it was obviously not a newly built house, but all are mentioned and documented in the inventory list but I couldn’t ask for more. Our entire letting experience with Dawsons was so fast and easy. If you are new in this place and looking for a place to rent, better yet try with a letting agency like Dawsons to save you from all the hassles like thinking of how to apply for electricity, water supply etc.

Since taking over the property, they have been fantastic. Much better then the last company. Everyone has been more then helpful and have gone up and over on everything. Would recommend to anyone looking to be a landlord. They handled the change of tenants incredibly well. Including doing the required maintenance to get it ready for re letting.
