Excellent service
I was really happy with the service Sarah provided, not once have I had to chase on anything and she always provided me with regular updates and responded practically instantly if I did have a question on anything. I was a bit dubious about using a big chain estate agents in the beginning but I have been really pleased with the service from start to finish. This has probably been my best experience with an estate agent in the 5 years I have been renting my property.

Perfect Property thanks to Dawsons
Found the perfect property online for my son. Contacted Dawsons and spoke to Rebekah to arrange a viewing. In spite of me being away from home, she promptly arranged a viewing for my so to see the property. Following the viewing I put down a deposit to reserve what my son considered to be the perfect property for him. Needing to visit the property to do some measurement, Rebekah was happy to arrange this for me. We asked for the "move in date" to be brought forward which was happily agreed. Happily, my son moved in on the agreed date without a hitch. During the whole process Rebekah was friendly, respectful, helpful, understanding and at all times, was most professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Dawsons thanks to Rebekah.

Rebekah Young
Rebekah Young is an extremely professional and pleasant young lady to deal with, she has helped us through a very difficult transition. No matter what or how many times we have called her for any specific reason , nothing is to much trouble for her. Rebekah is a credit to Dawson's and obviously a member of your staff to hold on to. Rebekah is an absolute professional. And we could never have found our new home without her. We thank you The Jeffreys Family.

Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly.
I have nothing but positive feedback to give about Dawsons lettings in Morriston. I have had personal dealings with Sarah and she has been extremely friendly and helpful in dealing with any queries I have had and dealt with any issues immediately. I would highly recommend Dawsons to anyone wishing to rent in Swansea.

Absolutely brilliant service. Quick and easy from start to finish
Before Dawsons my partner and I had viewed another house with another agency and had nothing but a series of problems. We waited days on end with no contact and ended up being made fools of. We decided to look at one more house before giving in and staying where we were. This next house was with Dawsons. We met a lady called Rebekah at the property. She was on time and was presented lovely. She showed us through the house and was very helpful, answering all our questions in detail and even providing information about the house that we did not ask.. Long story short, she knew her stuff!. My partner and I loved the house and the professionalism of Rebekah, so we decided we wanted to go with Dawsons with this property. Rebekah was fantastic! She coached us through the Lettings in great detail, and was on the ball with contact. Whatever was happening with our contract and the house... We knew about within seconds. I personally can say I have never had such good service from an estate agency. She is a credit to Dawsons and the Morriston branch!. I can not thank her enough for her efficiency and really hope that her manager takes care of her and let's her know what a great agent she is!

Fast and reliable
Service was very good, fast and any issues or questions i had were dealt with promptly. Very helpful with date appointments and last minute changes as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to find a place to rent.

Friendly and helpful
Lovely service from everyone we've encount red at Dawson's Morriston - especially Aimee, as she has gone above and beyond for us, even replying to emails when she's been at home poorly so that we wouldn't be waiting for anything!

Quality personal service
I have been very lucky dealing with Rebekah Young from the morriston wood field street branch. Massive credit to your company Rebekah was attentive and approachable from the outset. It has been a very difficult time for me and I feel like Rebekah made a huge effort to be compassionate regarding my situation supporting and encouraging me from the beginning. I honestly was not expecting this level of service and I appreciate it (and her) more than you can know. To be caring whilst being professional is a quality most people don't understand. I could not have asked for anything more.
