KPR is a great piece of software. I mainly use it for mid-term property visits and find it easy to use. James is always super efficient to help with any queries that may arise.

We have been working with KPR for over 5 years now. The original system was used in parallel with our old CRM software to specifically deliver inspection and inventory reports. It performed this function admirably and the data / detail presented was extremely useful for the business. 12 months ago we upgraded and adopted the new KPR Willis system to further enhance our business IT transformation journey and the resulting step change has been remarkable. Kim, Iain and James have been superb in their support of the integration with our new CRM, SME. The initial challenges that our Guaranteed Rent portfolio highlighted as part of the integration received immediate support. Some of the issues were extremely simple fixes whereas several of them needed a little more thought on both sides. However, we have had first class support at every turn and the responses to the queries raised as we moved through the integration process and initial use of the system, was excellent. Response times were in most cases immediate, in a very few cases, we needed to wait for an overnight fix. The end product, having worked closely with Iain and the team, is something that I am more than happy to advocate as a fundamental part of our business IT solution.

KPR has saved us a huge amount of time as a company since we started using the software. Easy to use and very detailed. Would highly recommend to anyone and James has been great!

We have been using KPR for our inspections and inventories for the last 18 months and it has been faultless. The landlords love how informative our inspections are now and we love how quick and easy they are to complete!

Great software that helps, tenants, landlords and agents. Would highly reccomend as we've now been using this software for over a year and it keeps improving and is amazing! The support team are also really helpful and will always provide the time to retrain the team and provide regular updates!
