Excellent Can't fault them. Very professional, friendly and informative.

I'm so dissapointed with Webbers as I assumed they had a good reputation. I put in an offer with and was assured by I would be updated with progress by end of the day due stressing I had a deadline. I did not hear back that day or the following day until I chased them again by email. My offer has been withdrawn and I will not sell my house through this company due to poor communication.

Petty administration practices. Unnecessary withholding of deposits. Disgruntled landlords.

I’ve downgraded this review to 1 star from 3. This at my top list for rude and obnoxious estate agents. There are some really useless and nasty staff here - there is one who is on another planet she is absolutely clueless, telling people things are safe when there’s structural issues and electrical issues - I have dealt with her twice, to the point I wish the property ombudsman would look at her competence. She is without doubt the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with. If your considering webbers ask for Leigh as she is very good but only if your selling around Washford/Watchet. In truth I’d be devastated selling my property with this branch having experienced trying to purchase my 3rd home. 2nd Experience - I’ve made offers within 6% of the guide price, I don’t believe these were made to the vendors. I had waited for a response back in 3 days (I didn’t get a response) and the detached 3bed bungalow is still on the market. Dealing directly with the branch manager has shown a really unprofessional service. I’d recommend strongly avoiding. Minehead agents apart from 2 firms; this not one of them - seem very unprofessional.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
