Dealing with Craig has been a real breath of fresh air. He is exceptionally focused on customer service and works very hard to make sure you are up to date with the progress of viewings, etc. He has a very detailed knowledge of the market and how it is moving and I found him pretty innovative in terms of how to market the property. I was amazed by how hard he works. I would not hesitate to use him again if selling another property.

Professional letting experience from beginning to the end

Stayed as Mason Kelly's tenant for 8 months. Not many places around where you get to work with the business owner directly. Extremely professional, straightforward dealing from the start, and once we moved in we were never bothered at all. The property we got through them was a gem, and we got a great deal on the rent and the brokerage fees as well. The end of the tenancy was a breeze too. Nothing but positive words for Craig and his outfit, highly recommended over some of the bigger letting agents in Milton Keynes for a hassle-free experience.
