Met Craig at Mason Kelly when I got interested in renting an apartment for my Daughter.. Craig is an easy going , funny, serious person . Craig clearly works hard to make a sale. He even picked me up and brought me to view this house. He made great efforts to arrange the deal and was quick to chase up any problems if the sale appeared to be stalling. He was helpful and easy to communicate with and even carried my new mattress upstairs for me the day I picked up the keys to my house!

So, I had previously rang HM Land Registry to make an appointment and they were great on the phone. When we visited the Croydon office, we were seen immediately ((a few minutes before our appointment) and I really must say, the young lady was so helpful, polite and jolly. She went out of way to do what was needed. Brilliant service. The only thing that confused me was the model of the ship in the waiting area! I thought there would be something more land- based!!! Pretty though. Shame there’s no disabled spot nearby. Croydon council need to sort that out. Thank you.

Extremely good experience from start to end. As a potential tenant, it makes a change having someone actually answer the phone when trying to book a viewing! Then they were SO helpful throughout the process. When I couldn't get the property I wanted because it had already been let, they went through what I wanted in a house and found me something even better. Minimal hassle, and reliable.
