My partner and I have a lot of rental experience in the area having lived in Manchester for eight years in various tenanted apartments, and we found that BN & S are far superior to any other agency. From the initial phone conversation to arrange the viewing, to paying the deposit, we have found the process straightforward and response time is excellent. I received an absolutely faultless service from BNS when selling and buying my new home through them! All the staff were amazing however particular thanks to John Nutter! He is such a kind hearted person and nothing was ever too much trouble, he was very sensitive to our family circumstances during our move (as we were imminently due another baby). I personally would not use another estate agent other than BNS, family and friends have (we have lived in the area 30 years plus) and they have all said they haven't received a service like ours! I can not speak highly enough of them.

A Truly Great Estate Agent

I would normally say not to trust any estate agent, however with Mason Kelly Property Consultants I can make an exception. Selling my house with Craig was fantastic. He offered a professional, friendly, one to one service from day one. We were recommended to contact Craig by a friend, so we got him round for a valuation on our house that we wanted to sell. His attitude towards wanting to sell a property is highly enthusiastic, exciting and promising. Following Craig's visit we had two other estate agents round, both from much larger estate agent businesses based in Milton Keynes. They didn't have the personal touch that Craig seemed to add to our house sale. Craig offered a very reasonable fee for selling our house. Within a few weeks we had several viewings, all accompanied by Craig in person at times that were convenient for us, and he had our house sold within 5 weeks of going up for sale. Between the For Sale sign going up to completion day Craig worked hard, communicating throughout all levels of our chain, and went above and beyond what I expected of him to get the answers and results I needed. I strongly recommend Craig at Mason Kelly to sell you're house and to do it well. I wish Mason Kelly all the best for the future and if I sell my house again I'll be calling Craig before anyone else.
