We have moved many many times over the decades and I can honestly say that our experience with Knight Edmonds has been one of the easiest, most straight forward and stress free out of all of them. Expert advice on the pricing and their firm belief in how to correctly market the property saw them achieve four offers on the house on the first day of marketing, all of which were for asking price or above and in fact the offer accepted was for considerably over the asking price. No only that but they then worked hard to push the sale through to completion in just over 7 weeks! Highly recommended.

Great service from first contact to completion from Sam and Sandra. I always knew I wanted to sell with knight edmonds and they didn’t disappoint. Easy route to marketing and great photos and your taken. Brochure looked very professional and really made the house look it’s best. Great organisation of a day of viewings and lots of offers came in. I was given advise on the best offer and given time to make my decisions. From accepting an offer to completion there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with and Sandra showed understanding from both sides and also helped with solutions. Moving is such a stressful time but Knight Edmonds certainly made us a lot less stressful. Having brought and sold a few houses with differing agents, the experience we had this time was the most positive. If we choose to buy and sell again we would definitely choose knight edmonds!
