Haven’t used their services but after receiving a letter from them regarding the sale of our house with unpaid postage, which led to me having to pay the postage and subsequently make a complaint, Sam from the firm came by my address not even an hour after emailing in my complaint to reimburse me, apologise in person and gift me a bottle of wine. Really impressed with their customer service - hope they can make admin changes to ensure the postage issue is rectified but really appreciate the personable apology.
