Matthew Pattenden truly went above and beyond to ensure that my move from Scotland to Kent went smoothly, an experience that turned out to be less daunting than I thought it would be, largely due to his efforts. He ensured I had all necessary documentation in a timely manner, and made himself available to answer and assist with any queries I had directly. After getting in contact with other estate agents in the area to request letting a flat without a viewing, I was turned down often immediately despite my circumstances of living an 8.5 hour drive away. However, Matthew made this possible and also offered to notify me of any other properties immediately if my application was not successful.
