I never realized that estate agents like Richard Poole at Lion actually existed. Moving house can be stressful. If you can imagine what you would want in an agent then Richard is exactly it. Always calls back, always does what he says and often out of hours too. If you want an estate agent then I could not recommend Richard enough.

I’ve a fantastic experience with Lions Estate! My girlfriend and I moved to Warsaw not knowing what to expect but we had a lot of help from Magdalena Sokołowska and Lions Estate along the way. She helped us find a selection of properties and gave us video tours of the apartments and we found one we really liked. After that, Magdalena was available for any queries that we had and solved any of our issues promptly. We are currently having a fantastic time in Warsaw and it is all thanks to our apartment.
