Following the passing of my mother, I was tasked with selling her house. I approached some national chain estate agents but was not convinced with their ability to obtain the best price. A few weeks later, Sharon was ready to put the house on the market, and within 2 - 3 weeks it was sold for the asking price. Obviously, it then took a couple of months to exchange contracts and complete. This was handled very smoothly by the staff in the Lion Estates office, who kept me informed at every stage. Exceptional service from Dominic, from our first meeting early December when, due to relocation, we were still deciding whether to rent or sell. We went with renting our home out in the end - Dominic was supportive with advice, and always a phone call away (or quick return of a phone call) for any questions. He ensured our home was marketed for rental at the correct time, with professional photos and a personal, well written description. Rental was secured and all checks etc completed within a week. We had a great experience buying our first home with Lion estates. Richie Moore our estate agent was responsive, accessible, promptly returning to our calls and emails.
