He spent between 30-45 minutes showing me the property - mostly because I asked a lot of questions! Raphael then (after seeking permission) created a WhatsApp Group between myself, him and Emma. They provided further information and explained each process in detail. If I wasn't sure, I felt comfortable enough to call Emma who was always responsive. I felt that both Emma and Raphael went above and beyond. They were completely professional, honest and approachable. They made this an effortless process and answering 101 questions.
